Riders comparing two off-road electric dirt bikes, especially a shorter IN 10 against a taller, faster IN 10 Pro. Not a search for a street-legal bicycle.

What Yozma is

Yozma Sport sells electric dirt bikes from yozmasport.com. The collection page compares two models, the IN 10 and the IN 10 Pro, and the order notice on both product pages says the buyer should be 14 or older. The site lists support@yozmasport.com, +1 866 591 5099, and the address 1312 17th Street #692, Denver, Colorado 80202.

These are not bicycle-style commuters. Yozma describes throttle dirt bikes with hydraulic brakes, chain drive, and a steel frame. The IN 10 page says the motor is a 1200W rated, 2600W peak brushless motor. The IN 10 Pro page lists a 5500W peak brushless motor and, in its FAQ, calls that motor a mid-drive.

IN 10 or IN 10 Pro

The IN 10 is the smaller bike. Yozma lists riders from 3.94 to 5.9 feet, a 28-inch seat height, 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheels, a bike weight of 121 pounds, and a 265-pound maximum load. Speed modes on the FAQ are about 18, 24, and 40 mph. The battery is 48V 23.4Ah. Yozma lists a charge time of 5–6 hours on the included 48V 5A charger and a claimed maximum range of 53 miles, with a lower figure of about 35 miles also stated in the FAQ.

The IN 10 Pro is for taller riders, listed at 4.7 to 6.3 feet, with a 30.7-inch seat height, 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels, and a bike weight of 143 pounds. Yozma lists 220 Nm, a reverse gear, three speed modes, a 60V 27Ah removable battery, a 6–7 hour charge on a 60V 5A charger, and a claimed maximum range of 60 miles. The spec list says 50 mph. The FAQ says the three modes are about 22, 34, and 47 mph.

Pick the IN 10 for a shorter rider who wants the lower listed speed and the lighter listed weight. Pick the IN 10 Pro for a taller rider who wants the larger chassis and the higher listed power. Neither choice is a street e-bike.

Battery and charging

The IN 10 battery is listed as 48V 23.4Ah lithium-ion. The IN 10 Pro battery is listed as 60V 27Ah and the FAQ says it is removable. Yozma says the Pro bike and battery may ship in separate boxes. Both pages say the pack is IPX6 and tell riders not to store batteries above 70°F or below 32°F, and not to dispose of them in household trash or fire.

The warranty will not cover a battery charged on an unapproved charger, a pack with broken seals, or a pack used in other equipment. Yozma decides whether a battery is defective. A replacement does not restart the one-year clock.

Where can you ride it?

Yozma's product pages say the vehicle is for off-road use only and is not permitted on public roads. A Yozma article says the bikes are built for trails, private property, and other non-public areas, that they are not sold as street-legal, and that Yozma does not offer a street-legal modification kit. The article says the bikes are not equipped with turn signals, mirrors, or DOT-approved tires.

That is a different question from where a Class 1 or Class 2 e-bike can ride in Virginia, Maryland, or DC. Those bicycle rules do not pull a 40 or 50 mph dirt bike back into the e-bike class system. Off-highway and private-land rules are local. This guide does not map either model onto a public trail in the directory.

Yozma also says not to ride on slopes over 30 degrees, in rain or storms, or beyond the load limit, and to wear a helmet and pads. The IN 10 safety block lists a 120 kg maximum, which matches its 265-pound spec. The IN 10 Pro safety block repeats 120 kg while the spec list says 330 pounds.

What to know before ordering

Confirm age, height, and that the riding place is actually legal for an off-road vehicle. Yozma's return note on the product page requires the bike to be unused or under ten miles, in the original packaging, with the items that shipped in the box. Shipping is listed as a processing window plus a transit window, and the Pro page says the bike and battery can arrive as separate packages.

Warranty claims need proof of purchase and photos or video, sent to support@yozmasport.com. Yozma will not ship a replacement part until it has reviewed that evidence. Labor is not reimbursed. Shipping-damage claims must be filed within seven days. The off-road restriction still stands. The dated regulator check is in the safety section and is not a clearance.

Model lineup

The U.S. catalog checked here is two dirt bikes, plus bundle SKUs of those same bikes. Bundle pages were not given separate profiles.

  • IN 10

Riders about 3.94–5.9 ft, age 14+

    Up to 40 mph, 48V 23.4Ah, 121 lb, 14/12-inch wheels. Off-road only.

  • IN 10 Pro

Riders about 4.7–6.3 ft, age 14+

    Listed at 50 mph, 60V 27Ah, 143 lb, 17/14-inch wheels, reverse gear. Off-road only.

Class and speed

Neither the IN 10 nor the IN 10 Pro fits Class 1, 2, or 3. Yozma lists top speeds of 40 mph and 50 mph, says both are off-road only, and says they are not permitted on public roads. Virginia's class three assistance and Maryland's Class 3 assistance both cease at 28 mph. Washington, DC's motorized-bicycle definition stops at 20 mph. A bike advertised at 40 or 50 mph is outside those bicycle categories on Yozma's own figures.

Limitations

  • Yozma says these bikes are not for public roads and does not sell a street-legal kit.
  • The IN 10 Pro page lists a 330-pound maximum load in the specification list and 120 kg in a safety-tips block on the same page. Those figures do not match. Confirm the limit for the bike you are ordering.
  • The IN 10 Pro FAQ describes modes near 22, 34, and 47 mph, while the spec list says 50 mph. Both are on the official page.
  • Claimed range is a manufacturer maximum and varies with weight, terrain, and speed. It is not a measured ride.
  • Yozma's battery-care note says not to store packs above 70°F or below 32°F. That is the manufacturer's written instruction on the model pages.

Battery and certification

The IN 10 page, the IN 10 Pro page, and the U.S. warranty policy checked for this guide do not name UL 2271 or UL 2849. Battery certification is omitted because it was not on those pages.

Warranty and support

Yozma's U.S. warranty is one year from the delivery date for the original purchaser, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. A later owner can be covered only if the year has not expired and they have the original purchaser's name and order number. Yozma replaces parts it confirms are defective. Installation, labor, and shop fees are not covered. The owner pays shipping for spare parts. Brake pads, rotors, spokes, tires, tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, and cranksets are listed as wear items. Yozma one-year limited warranty

Questions

Is a Yozma e-bike street legal?
Yozma says no. The IN 10 and IN 10 Pro pages say the vehicle is for off-road use only and is not permitted on public roads. Yozma's own article says the company does not sell a street-legal kit.
What is the difference between the IN 10 and the IN 10 Pro?
Yozma lists the IN 10 at up to 40 mph with a 48V 23.4Ah battery, 121 pounds, and a rider-height range of 3.94 to 5.9 feet. The IN 10 Pro is listed at 50 mph with a 60V 27Ah battery, 143 pounds, larger wheels, reverse, and a rider-height range of 4.7 to 6.3 feet.
How old does Yozma say a rider should be?
Both product pages say to confirm the rider is 14 or older before ordering. That is Yozma's condition. It is not a statement that a 14-year-old may ride the bike on a public road.
What does the Yozma warranty leave out?
Labor, shop fees, and shipping of spare parts are on the owner. Wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, and cassettes are excluded. Stunt riding, racing, and other use Yozma calls inconsistent with the product can void coverage. The U.S. policy also excludes products used or purchased outside the United States or Canada.
Was there a CPSC recall for Yozma?
No matching Yozma recall or stop-use warning was returned on September 28, 2026. The manufacturer's off-road-only notice is still the controlling use limit on these pages.

No other brand in this catalog is the same kind of product. The other researched brands are linked below so the difference is easy to see.

This is a buyer guide from Yozma's product pages, warranty, and off-road notice. eBikeQuest has not ridden or measured either bike. Standalone model pages are withheld because the IN 10 and IN 10 Pro are off-road electric dirt bikes outside this site's current public e-bike model catalog. The lineup on this page is the model record.
